1. Content & Copyright: Originals & Curated Goods

  • Our original illustrations, custom designs, badge/charm artwork, and overall site layout are the creative property of SILKROADMADE and its associated artists.

  • Meanwhile, our base canvas bags, charms, and select accessories are carefully sourced from top-tier global suppliers (yep, the finest curated supply chain magic).

  • Please don’t steal, copy, or scrape our original media or design assets without explicit permission. Let’s keep the internet a civilized place.

2. DIY Studio & User Content

  • When you’re mixing and matching patches and charms in our DIY Studio, please keep it classy. Do not upload or use any illegal, offensive, hate-fueled, or privacy-violating material.

  • Whatever you create and submit is entirely on you. If your custom creation somehow infringes on someone else’s rights, that’s your circus and your monkeys.

3. Custom Products: No Returns (Because They’re Made Just for You)

  • Our DIY combos and custom merch are made-to-order specifically for your vision. Once you hit that order button, production kicks off immediately—there’s no magical “regret warehouse” to pull items from.

  • Therefore, all sales of custom and made-to-order items are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds once production has started. Double-check your DIY masterpiece before you check out!

  • Of course, if your order arrives with an actual manufacturing defect, we won’t ghost you. Reach out within a reasonable timeframe, and we’ll sort it out.

4. Privacy & Security

  • If you create an account here, keep your password secure. If your account gets compromised because you used “123456”, that’s on you.
